Position Summary

Armor Coffee is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Line / Prep Cook to support our kitchen operations. This role is responsible for food preparation, line execution, and maintaining kitchen standards to ensure every guest receives a fresh, consistent, and well-prepared meal.

The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and understands that great food is a key part of a great guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and prep lists

• Execute menu items accurately and efficiently during service

• Maintain consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

• Keep prep and line stations clean, organized, and stocked

• Communicate effectively with expo and front-of-house staff

• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties as needed

• Support kitchen team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or prep cook experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Strong attention to detail and consistency

• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
